DAY 1

Lunch and dinners are home cooked – South Indian “Kerala Style”

Pillau Rice
Rice fried in butter and cooked in vegetable stock
Naan Bread
Sambar
Lentils and vegetables, boiled with curry powder, turmeric and Sambar powder with tamarind juice
Lentils
Lentils boiled with turmeric powder. Contains fried mustard seeds, onions, cumin seeds and freshly cut tomatoes
Carrot Chutney
Fresh carrots ground with ginger, green chillies, coconut, onion and plain yogurt.
Cabbage Thora
Freshly chopped cabbage cooked with fried mustard seeds, curry leaves, cumin seeds and turmeric powder.

Chickpeas cooked with onions, garlic, tomatoes, garam masala and plain chilli powder
Spinach & Channa Dhal
Spinach cooked with fried onions and mustard seeds, green chillies.

Butter Lentils & Spinach Curry
Lentils boiled with turmeric powder. Contains fried mustard seeds, onions, cumin seeds and freshly cut tomatoes with spinach.
Potato Curry
Potatoes cooked with fired onions, chopped tomatoes and turmeric
Honey Raitha
Grated cucumber with plain yogurt chopped onions and ground cumin seeds.
Mixed Pepper & Red Onion Salad
  Mixed Vegetable Curry
Mixed vegetables (beans, peas, carrots, cauliflower) cooked with turmeric powder, plain chilli powder, fried mustard seeds, onions and cumin seeds.
